Tap at Phatty’s Sports Bar, Ho Chi Minh City, while watching the Champions Leage Final! Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeast, crushed banana, light clove spice. The flavour is moderate to light sweet with a light, crisp, refreshing, watery, grainy, mineral, light sweet banana palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle, delivered to my work from the brewery - nice touch. Milky golden body with a medium white head. Faint lacing. Aroma of orange pith, lemonade and yeast. Flavour is pleasant, but lacking crispness - notes of white pepper, green apple, orange and creamy oats. Medium body with a smooth, creamy texture. Soft fizz. An easy-drinking Witbier - could do with a bit more carbonation.
