[5/11/18] Draught sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018. Blue session. Cloudy yellow. Lactic, fruity, a bit of pickled vegetables, tart, juicy. Very good and refreshing.

Draught @ MBCC 2018. Pours slightly hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, light brett notes, little leather, oak, tart fruit, citrus. Flavor is sour, malt, yeast, brett, sour fruity, lemon. Medium body, average carbonation, acidic finish. 110518

Tap at MBCC 2018. Poured a hazy straw colour with a round white head. The aroma is yeast, peachy citrus fruit. The flavour is moderate sour light sweet with a fresh crisp fruity, yeast, mineral palate and a lingering sourness in the finish. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

Vom Fass im Muted Horn Berlin 2018-05 getrunken. Ein sehr gut gemachtes Sommerbier was zwar ein eher undefinierbares helle Fruchtaroma hat, aber die leichte Säure sorgt für eine schöne Erfrischung in der warmen Jahreszeit.
