Bursting with pungent American hops, Julius - our flagship American IPA - is a bright, juicy beer filled with flavors and aromas of mango, peach, passionfruit, and a melange of citrus juice. A soft, pillowy mouthfeel and rounded bitterness ensure Julius will never tire the palate - a true joy to drink!

Can at share. Milky, golden pour., small head subsides. Aroma is Belgian yeast, and light citrus. Taste too is light on the palate, juicy, citrus, dries out chalky. Nice feel, not overly sweet or bitter.

Rating #2000. My first Tree House beer. Finally. Tall can (thx, Francis A.!). Canned on 2017-10-24. Pours a murky dirty golden with a white head. Aroma is juicy with stone fruits and other tropical fruits notes. Similar taste. It is a very good stuff, but Superflux IPAs, Boreale Nord-Est, some Boombox stuff and, of course, many of Hill Farmstead and are not worse or even better. I am so glad that we have in Canada and particularly in BC Superflux and Boombox.

Tasting at SF, Vancouver, courtesy of KyotoLefty, can
Cloudy blond color, generous head, persistent. Nice fruity aroma. Lean body, quite dry, bold; light malt base; the hopping is fruity, but also with vegetables notes, green walnuts, some astringency.
Very good, but a bit dirty.

Cloudy and tan. On the nose, a lot of spicy, weedy hop, some background sulphur. Moderate bitterness, and a fair bit more of that hop spiciness. The sulphury notes are not as evident on the palate. Finishes with hop bitterness. Not bad. Despite the rough aroma, it's pretty solid by the end.

Can from the brewery. 4 days old. Cloudy pale golden orange. Nose is complex: oranges, spices, nectarine, onion, lightly dank and some solvent too, mango. Great nose. Sweet and creamy flavor, with wheaty biscuits, tropical, stone, and citrus fruits, and nice tartness from the hops. Full and smooth, with a spicy, peppery finish. Excellent, with great fruit.

My first 5. Words canβt do this justice. Pours a wonderful orange juice opaque color with some floaties from a can. Big citrus and mango aroma follows suit in the mouth with a lot of juiciness. Well-balanced fruitiness and bitterness, but not overly sweet. Excellent beer.
