Bottle from the Fat Cow on the Roof, Bangkok. Poured a slightly hazy straw colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is yeast, big lemon citrus fruit. The flavour is moderate sour with a watery crisp tart lime lemon citrus, mineral light dry hop palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. More sour than hoppy. Lots of tart citrus fruit. Not bad actually. All that’s missing is the biscuit dough and this would be a great sour.

Bottle from The Fat Cow, Bangkok. Pours yellow, hazy and with not that much carbonation, not so fluffy head. Nose has some lacto sourness, sweetish-fruity but not cloying I guess. Not that hoppy but more sour tropical Taste reveals similar light sour tropical-fruity body, quite dry actually and revealing some acidity in the finish. Tasty and very refreshing, after a long day, this is going down even too quickly. Well made, nicely balanced and actually a great fit with the hot climate.
