Tap at the Patong Brewpub. Poured a crystal clear medium amber with a big frothy white head. The aroma is biscuit malt, toffee apple, nutty woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet with a smooth, fresh, light fruit, apple pear, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap @ Full Moon Brew Works. Nice clear amber pour with some light off-site foam. Bit stuffy caramel nose , dry and not really sweet. Taste has caramel, light watery body, some burnt sugar and hints of stuffy rice character. Dry and lightly bitter, maybe a bit herbal. Stuffy dry linger in the finish. Interesting.
