330ml bottle, vintage 2021, batch 541, sold to me by djoeye. Pours a tiny beige head over a hazy orange-brownish body. Fair aromas with dried fruits and mid-sweet malts. Rather sweet taste character containing moments of caramel, jam, oak, and dried fruits, lightly spiced. Sweet dried fruity ending with warmth from the alcohol. Did not pick up the bourbon part. Some sipper qualities on a Friday eve, but too sweet in the long run. (Tromsø 22.08.2025).

New ???? brewery ? Sweet and light toasted malty, dried fruit shred, nice spices, caramel and fudge like sweetness, medium body,, kiss of bourbon into the warming lingering malty finish. Nice, great first impression.
