Light copper color, almost clear. Hoppy, fruity, a bit bitter. Citrus and some pine, smooth, nice. Слава Україні!

200ml on tap at Tromsø Mikrobryggeri, beers for Ukraine TTO. Remaining white head, next to clear amber body, spotty lacing. Inviting smell of grapefruit and orange, mid-dry. Tastes fine with citrus and juicy malts follwed by fruity bitterness to the ending. Mouthfilling. Likable. (Tromsø 03.06.2022).

Tap@Peders Ukraine TTO, Copenhagen (30/04/2022) - almost clear golden pour with a white head. Fruity and malty with bitter resinous sticky hops, grapefruit and tangerine, caramel sweet malty backbone, bitter resinous hops. Nach einem ungarischen Billig-IPA verkostete ich ein ukrainisches Edel-IPA. Und was für einem Unterschied man merkte. Das Kyiv Local IPA, das es noch vor der Invasion und russischen Zerstörung der Stadt zu mir geschafft hat, bereitete mir geschmacklich eine große Freude. Es hatte intensive Zitronengras- und Maracujaaromen mit einem Schuss Pfeffer. Hat mir wirklich gut geschmeckt. Hiffentlich gibts das mal wieder.
