Light amber. Clean very, light medium bitterness, well balanced, very sessionable. Well made brew but not blowing you away, but on a warm evening in Manila it hits the spot

18/8/2018. Bottle from Drinkka, Manila. Pours amber with a foamy, lasting, off-white head. Aroma of toffee, fruit, hops, malt and pine, with slight vegetable notes. Quite heavy syrupy sweetness with light bitterness and a hint of sour. Medium body, sticky texture, average carbonation. Sweet, toffee, syrup finish, almost barley wine like. Quite drinkable.

Draft at Big Bad Wolf, Taguin. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is malt, tropical fruit citrus, light floral. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet with a crisp, dry malt, yeasty, light fruit, floral dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

A lightly hazed reddish amber ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet biscuit malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light acidity, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light mineral notes, OK. On tap at brewery.

Draft - Light butterscotch. Deep copper with a decent white head. Light caramel malt and a mellow light finish. A bit heavy on the malt, the hops don’t really appear.
