Sort of a dull hazy amber. Thin head. Pretty chewy, lots of bitterness but not much brightness. Muddled...malts need work. Dunno...small kit making mashing tricky?

Tap at the Greenbelt 2 Brewpub, Makati City. Poured a hazy copper colour with a frothy white head and lots of clingy lace. The aroma is malt, orange grapefruit citrus, woody hop. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a smooth, rich malt, grapefruit citrus fruit, light tart, big dry woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Draft - Malty and earthy with some sticky orange sweetness. Hazy copper with a decent off white head. Earthy, pithy orange and bitter with caramel.
