Two shining lights of the American hop breeds; Citra and Simcoe combine in a powerhouse pale ale. A riot of passion fruit, mango, lychee and pine.

Handpull cask at Queens Road Tap, Leicester. Light yellow, with just a little bit of haze. Odd smell, some pineapple juice, a little bit of cider vinegar. However it's delicious and tastes much different from what the aroma would suggest: sweet and juicy with some light hoppy bitterness. Long tropical juice finish. The extreme tropical fruit flavours taste a little chewing-gum artificial but all in all it's a delight.

Cask at Cherry Reds, Birmingham. Poured a hazy straw colour with a frothy, short-lived white head. The aroma is creamy malt, yeast, tropical fruit, light hop. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a smooth fruity, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. Smooth and fruity, but just a little too light for my taste.
