Cask at the Post Office Vaults, Birmingham. Poured a clear straw colour with a bubbly white head. The aroma is creamy caramel malt, light fruit, woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a smooth buttery creamy yeast, big dry hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. This is really rather good. It’s super smooth creamy and buttery with a nicely balanced bitter finish.
