Undated can drunk 3/26/25.
Clear maize-brass. Medium-sized, off-white head, steadily to partial cover.
Lime is bright and not-overdone, though somewhat prominent at first. Light earth, sugar and dough from the corn, with softening salinity and more bread-and-honey-like maltiness. Clean.
Light burst of lime followed by a very malty texture, no doubt aided by the corn. Soft and clean with good attenuation but, perhaps, lacking a bit of snappiness/crispness on the finish.
