Our Pale Ale is brewed to balance drinkability with aromatic hops and a firm malt character. It is approachable, with malt character and some berry and citrus notes from the hops. This beer is a nod to my past experience working for Sierra Nevada, but with a focus on distinct northern Michigan ingredients. Our Pale Ale features Michigan-grown pale malt and Michigan-grown Chinook hops to try and capture the spirit of up north.
