WAVES, one of our base stout recipes, focuses on a balance of malt, roast, and sweetness which lays a foundation for adjuncts. Here we've conditioned the stout on a blend of 50% toasted coconut, 25% Sweet toasted coconut, and 25% raw coconut. You get a nice aroma of sweet coconut followed by strong chocolate a touch of roast and a long coconut finish.

Dark sweet and roasted malty with lots of chocolate, toffee and fudge lingering sweetness, touch of ashy roast, full bodied, dark malty coconut infused finish. Very nice.
