Rated at Hitas Beer Lounge - Platinum Edition. Fruity and floral with some quince and tartish notes. Refreshing.

Poured from a bottle @ MBCC 2023 (finally adding my notes). Clear dull blonde with small white head. Quince, mild sourness, decent.

Flaska från Métaphore, 2022. Backlog. Relativt klar, gul-guldig i färgen med vit krona. Skiljer sig något mot vanliga och päron-varianten. Kvitten kommer fram mycket tydligare här. Mer jordig, mjöliga äpplen, kvitten.

Taster during MBCC 2023 Friday morning session shared with Ryan, Matt, Phill, Brian, and Erik. Very nice fruity character here. Barrel notes. Lacking body. Ok.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp apple and pear skins, light wild yeast. Flavour is crisp, with apple skins, light wild yeast, and some saltiness. Too much salt and muddled apple skins. Not great.
