We present you Bleu, a Russian Imperial Stout based on Soyuz² with craft Indonesian coffee and blue vanilla.

The blue vanilla is a vanilla harvested by hand and raised by a small producer on the island of Reunion according to a patented process that spans almost 3 years per bean. This process allows the vanilla to be kept raw, without cooking, and to preserve all its delicate aromas. The result is incredible aromas and a pod that can be eaten entirely, even the envelope.
