355ml can. Pours gold. Apricot, grass, lemon juice, funk, dried apricot, earth, wood, dry finish. Nice spritzy body suits it well. Good.

Can. Gold. Hazy with a large white head that lasts pretty well. Aroma of lemons that need using, crackers, sherbet, peach (turns out to be apricots). Pretty much how it tastes, but there are (as usual) some wrinkles: milk and a medicinal licorice and pine note. Lots going on but didn't quite cohere for me.

Pours amber with a large lasting head.Nose shows farmhouse yeast notes, peppery phenols, banana, light doughy wheat-like notes.Flavours include more farmhouse yeast notes. Very dry, a bit of a herbal bitter finish.Carbonation is excessively high.

Tap at Beer DeLuxe, Federation Square, Melbourne. Poured a milky orange straw colour with a thin white head. The aroma is malt, big apricot fruit. The flavour is light to moderate sour with a crisp, fresh, yeasty, stone fruit, light dry coriander spice palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation.
