One of our family traditions we cherish most is the annual grape harvest here on Music Vale Road. Born out of generations of home wine making, Salem Valley Vineyard is a labor of love in the truest sense - especially in late summer as it hosts this special gathering of family and friends. Annata Bianco features La Crosse grapes picked from those fields that underwent a carbonic maceration before being added to the beer for a complete re-fermentation.
