Tap at Beer DeLuxe, Federation Square, Melbourne. Poured a crystal clear golden colour with a thin round white head. The aroma is malt and plenty of toffee gluey yuzu. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a crisp light, slightly watery malt, dry bitter yuzu, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation. A little disappointing really. I’ve had plenty of Yuzu beers in the past and this was not a good example. It lacks body, carbonation and the aftertaste isn’t pleasant.
