6 pack at home over few days. Copper yellow and frothy head. Nose is malty and grassy. Tastes of grass, malt, black licorice, tea, horse blanket. Dry palate. Crushable and light

Brewery draught, 4/10/25.
Clear, deep, brilliant brass-golden. Medium-sized, white head, moderate retention.
Rich, big malts showing white bread and honey. Herbal hops with a bit of zing to em. Good balance, tending very malty with yeast and lingering hop on the finish.
Big, burly, malty, deep, rich body. Whew. That's A LOT of malt for its size. Yet, it's not underattenuated or "mushy", as there's good biscuit, earth, yeast and bitter hop for balance. But yeah, that's a big boy. Rich and sumptuous, which is pretty cool for a fest bier.
