We took the base of our Bard's Porter and our Honeymator, a honeyed double-batch, and transferred it to a Baltic Porter base, so we made a nicely salted, lagering yeast fermented, and then aged it for 60 days to create our Porter 2.0 version, finally this year in can and cask. But we're so well known that we always put a twist on everything. Although we gave in to the Honeymator because of the honey. So with this beer it was no different, we added sunflower honey from a local smallholder to add a honey flavour, plus creaminess to the sip.

On tap at Zenta Kraft Budapest. Black coloured, medium sized tan head, light roasty and whiff of coffee in the nose. Roasted malt, chocolate, light coffee and mild nutty with touch of alcohol in the finish.

Tap at Zenta. Very dark brown body, off-white head. Nutty, bit creamy aroma, lightly yeasty. Bit tart, dried out nutty taste, sweetish, low bitterness. Solid, maybe not in its prime.

Roasty, smooth, slightly sweet. Very drinkable.

0,44 can. Szép dobozban mahagóni-barna szép sör, rövidke életű szürkés habbal. A sör még fény felé fordítva sem átlátható, tartalmas. Nagyon kifinomult, kávés,picikét fűszeres, kakaós szilvás illat. Jó testes (de baltic porterként inkább közepesen testes) első korty ráadásul frissen szénsavas is. Lassan kortyolható desszert. A mézesség nem érződik, (az inkább fejfájásban szokott másnap...), egyébként finom aszalt gyűmölcsös, keserű, kávés, pörkölt, zamatos, ízes baltic porter. Pár korty után már az alkohol is érződik a nyelőcsőben is.

A beautiful mahogany-brown beer in a nice box, with a short-lived grayish head. The beer is not transparent even when turned towards the light, it is rich. Very sophisticated, coffee, slightly spicy, cocoa and plum aroma. Good full-bodied (but rather medium-bodied as a Baltic porter) first sip, and also freshly carbonated. A dessert that can be sipped slowly. The honeyiness is not felt (it tends to give you a headache the next day...), otherwise a delicious dried fruit, bitter, coffee, roasted, juicy, flavorful Baltic porter. After a few sips, you can already feel the alcohol
