Exactly what you'd expect from a session sour ale. It has a fairly salty aroma and some lemon bitterness at the end, but not a lot of sourness. You could really smash this to bits on a warm summer day, so I guess it's got a lot of sunshine, but it's very short on rainbow.

Bottle. Bright gold with a white head. Modest aroma of cracker dough, apricots, bracken - ie gentle funk. Not as light bodied as you might expect, slightly slippery. Carbonation is a bit low for me, even for a swigging with food beer. Taste follows aroma: a little sweetness with some stone fruit and crackers, then it dries right out with some woody spices, some bitterness and the tiniest hint of sourness. Didn't get much citrus. Another good lowish alcohol one from Boatrocker.

Tap at the Boilermaker House, Melbourne. Poured a hazy golden colour with a round bubbly white head. The aroma is malt, dry yeast, stone fruits. The flavour is vey light acid tart citrus with a watery fresh crisp, light fruit dry light spice hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation.
