Super hazy pink coloured body with a super thin pure white head that fades fast and just a thin layer is left, but the bright, super opaque (around 95 per cent) light pink, perfectly guava coloured body - very nice. Aroma of soured, tart, very fruity tropical fruit notes with a hint of berries and oranges, but this is mainly guava, mangoes, papaya and passionfruit - very nice. Medium-bodied; Very soured fruit notes show at first with a ton of sweetness coming from all the fruits that leaves a nice initial taste of pure tropical fruit sweetness that then brings out some lighter malt notes and a bit of enjoyable tart notes that brings out a nice complexity. Aftertaste is fairly one-dimensional with tart, soured tropical fruit notes that have a lot of residual sweetness as well, but without any alcohol, yeast or beady flavours at all, which lets the palate focus just on the tropical soured fruits. Overall, a very nice beer and one that should be sampled if possible, if you can find this one - great for the style and especially those who love tropical fruits. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Whole Foods in New York (Bryant Park, 42nd St), New York on 03-December-2021 for US$3,99 sampled a few minutes later while walking the streets of New York with my family at Christmas, on 03-December-2021.
