Hand pump at 12C. Amber with a beige head. A: Breadcrust some chocolate, light spices. Light but just enough body - I guess Mild is usually a bit watery. But it's pretty much flat - surely they know better. Quite sweet with loads of caramel but dries out a little. Light spicy bitterness. A cardamon note I wasn’t convinced of.

Tap at the Collingwood brewpub. Poured a slightly hazy copper colour with a thin white head. The aroma is nutty caramel malt, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate sweet with a sweet sugary malt, watery, light fruity, light hop bitter palate. Light bodied with flat carbonation. Not sure what the brewers were thinking here.
