Labeled as a "Hoppy Ale". It was brewed with a Kolsch recipe, fermented with a west coast yeast strain, then dry hopped like a NE IPA with all New Zealand Hops. Juicy, dry and crushable!

Can from the brewery in May 2022. Poured hazy rich lemon yellow with largish foamy white head, light citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter citrus peel taste with faint pineapple flavor, thin smooth body, long finish. Decent pale ale.
