Prom Weekend was brewed in celebration of good memories, good times, and good friends with none other than our Jersey shore homies, @heavyreelbrewingco. To kick it off we brewed this NE style DIPA with a new ingredient for us, Phantasm Powder. For those unfamiliar with this hot new ingredient, Phantasm is an extraction made from Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes that is full of a naturally occurring compound called Thiols. When added to a fermenting beer this helps unleash insane tropical fruit aromas... from there, we Double Dry Hopped with a ton of Sabro Cryo+Motueka to punch the juice up to the max! // HUGE tropical notes of white grapes​, tangerine slices, fresh lime juice, strawberry, sticky guava, and hints of creamy coconut.
