Tap at the Ballarat Beer Festival, 2018. Poured a slightly hazy straw colour with a big frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, mineral, light citrus hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a light dry watery metallic spicy, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Pours gold with a small head.Nose shows floral hops, mango, lychee, peach, clean malt.Flavours include a bit more tropical fruit and subtle clean malt followed by an assertive bitterness.

Bottle. Amber with a thin white head. Aroma of mandarins, grapefruit, passionfruit, some pine over crackers. 7 Fairly dry and light bodied but with enough crackery/ light bready malt to provide a base for quite big citrusy hops. The tropical notes get pushed into the background a bit. Dry, bitter finish. Not awfully distinctive but good.
