Ever so slightly hazy golden and bronze coloured body with a thinnish, two centimetre tall just off-white head that stays afloat for a while and brings a nice lace to the sides. Aroma of soap, grass, flowers, hay and some very subdued citrusey components, without much alcohol or bitterness noticeable, but more of the malts and a bunch of fresh grasses. Medium-bodied; Strong grassy and very soapy herbal components show the hops with a subtle dose of bitterness and just about nothing else with a dry finish and some malt to balance things off. Aftertaste shows the floral, grassy and lightly citrusey notes with a light dose of hops and a good deal of sweetness, compared to the initial dry flavours. Overall, a fairly subtle and soft IPA with a clean, soapy and dry bite throughout that gives a little bit of sweetness and citrusey flavours, but this is pretty dry, but evenly balanced. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Harris Teeter in Arlington (Columbia Pike), Virginia on 18-April-2021 for US$1,87 sampled on the streets of New York with my kids on 02-May-2021.
