Fairly hazy golden and peach coloured body with a raw honey glow and a thick, three to four centimetre tall off-white and soapy head that fades fairly slowly. Aroma of fresh-cut grass, hop pellets, bread, yeast, flowers and a dry dose of biscuity and slightly grainy malts. Light-bodied; Super mild malt flavours and some lemons show through with only a touch of grass and hay with a subtle sweetness of banana and flowers with a light sweetness and touch of citrus fruits. Aftertaste shows some hay and flowers without much else and hardly any malt for support - just a dry profile. Overall, a pretty mild and soft beer throughout with only a tiny dose of floral hops with a minor maltiness to support and no real depth or pungency in the flavours - fairly easy-drinking and maybe too much so. I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from the Union Creek Resort in Crater Lake, Oregon on 30-March-2021 for US$2,10 sampled in my hotel room down in Crescent City, California on 30-March-2021 a few hours later, after crossing the state with my family.
