This IPA is made with rice milk and Cashmere and Mosaic hops. It has an extra full body, and juicy, luxurious hop flavor full of tropical fruit.

Super hazy, pale golden and straw yellow coloured body with a very ugly, off-white head that shows up at about one centimetre tall with large bubbles and fades very quickly to nothing on top. Aroma of very nice grass, coconuts, oranges, flowers, light pine, grapefruit and some subdued malt elements, but hoppy and bitter in the nose. Light-bodied; Funky, thin-bodied grassy and herbal bite at first, with a very peppery and almost chile-like note, with a dry floral and fresh-cut grass bite that hits with some bitterness, but hardly anything in terms of malt and support. Aftertaste is dry, floral, bitter, grassy, slightly tropical with some light fruitiness ending it all, but with no body or sweetness to flavour anything else aside from the up-front bitterness, this is relatively mundane and subdued. Overall, an interesting take at least, and obviously not reminiscent of the Indonesian island of Bali, given almost all beer there have no hops, but yes they do have rice fields, as does a good chunk of this continent, as well. Nice to try, and hopefully I don't have 'rice milk' at all for a long time! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Total Wine in Manassas, Virginia on 27-November-2020 for US$3,69 sampled at my house here in Washington on 27-November-2020, the same day as purchase, on Black Friday 2020!

Tap at Crooked Run, Sterling. Color is very cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, tropical fruits, hops and malts. Again juicy but hop profile little bit of herbal.

$3.80 pint can, WW. Murky gold with a sewer-froth-like head that quickly disappears. Tropical fruit mix, orange, grain nose. Flavor is grain, white rice, orange peel, grapefruit rind, lemon zest, envelope glue. Carbonation is lacking and the long, lingering envelope glue/rice flavor is a bit off-putting. Overall a bit of a mess.
