The featured hops are NYS Cascade from Chimney Bluffs Hoppery in Wolcott, NY, and Centennial from Eric Desmerais and CLS Farms in Moxee, WA.

TASTING NOTES:
Distinct fresh pine and caramel on the nose, slightly sticky resinous character, medium body, and some pleasant, lasting bitterness.

Draught @ George Keeley, Manhattan (Feb 2023). Clear copper-dark amber with a small frothy beige head, faint piney aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter caramel taste with faint piney flavor, thin body, long finish. A bit watery but not bad.
