(pronounced loop, as in lupulin) Our "Northeast" collaboration with our Hip-Hop loving friends from Hop Culture Farms and Brew Co. This batch uses exclusively their own hops, grown, processed, and pelletized on their own farm in Colchester, CT. They are meticulous in their farming practices and have high standards for quality. We used their Crystal, Chinook, and Cascade hops throughout the whirlpool and Dry Hop, pitting it against the Northwest version of the same exact recipe. Which do you prefer?

Can @ Broadway Dive Bar, Manhattan (4/21/23). Pours extremely hazy dark rich yellow like peach juice, small frothy off-white head that flops down fast, very faint citrus aroma, low carbonation, mildly bitter orangey taste with pineapple-mango flavor, thin smooth body, long orangey finish. Very mellow and orangey.
