Brewed with a base of Pilsner malt, raw and malted wheat wheat, then layered with some Vienna, and flaked oats for added depth. Hopped in the whirlpool and dry hopped with Pacific Jade, Cashmere, and Citra. The resulting beer is soft, juicy, and lush.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to snifter.
Appearance: murky orange cardboard color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: peaches, apricots, bananas and pineapple-y hop scents with a nice clean malt bill
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas together favorably sweet then with more sips a blended bittersweet quality; finishes more pineapple-y and peachy
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper; soft along the tongue; nice low carb, some really light hop bitterness
Overall: pretty nicely done DIPA I could return to.

Can, from Greenpoint Beer & Ale. Pours very hazy dark yellow with foamy off-white head, citrus-pineapple aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter unripe mango-citrus peel taste, somewhat thick taste, long citrusy finish. Nice DIPA.
