Tap at Catfish, Melbourne. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is yeast, biscuit dough, vinous, oaky, cherry. The flavour is moderate to light sour with a chewy dry malt, tart cherry fruit palate and a dry bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
