A delicious dry wine with full-bodied apple notes, pleasant acidity, and a light touch of oak.

Vinous and refreshingly delightful with fish, mushrooms, poultry, or hard cheeses.
Serve chilled at 8-10°C.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Deep golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of apple, vanilla, woody, formic hints. Taste is sweet, tart, concentrated apple, wood barrel, vanilla, oak, with some acidity and tannin. Oily mouthfeel, medium to full bodied, low carbonation, drying sweet woody tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle @ Fonefan tasting. Clear yellow without head. Aroma is sweet, apples, green apples and light herbal. Flavor is quite sweet. Dry finish with a some alcohol. 040425

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich apples, fruits and has a light acidity and moderate sweetness to it.

Poweful apple aroma. Great spicy moderate sweet apple flavor. long finish. Creamy palate.
