Deep and hazy golden and straw coloured body with a relatively thick three to four centimetre tall off-white and slightly soapy head that stays afloat nicely. Aroma of honey, dry grass, flowers, chamomile tea and a kick of light fruits as well - mainly citrus, but some stone fruits, too. Medium to Almost Full-bodied; Strong grassy and very floral flavours show at first with a deep grapefruit bite that shows for a flash, but then fades to a nice subdued sweetness of honey and caster sugar and a bit robust with some perfumey hop aspects with a light bitterness, but the surprising thing is that alcohol doesn't seem to be high here at all, around 7,0 per cent, it seems! Aftertaste is dry, fairly bitter, a little sweet and slightly dank, with a pretty easy-drinking quality - odd for how strong it is! Overall, a very nicely executed Imperial IPA that doesn't really taste of Imperial Status with a great dry quality and some soft sugars and fruits here, but nothing cloying at all - a great beer - I'll try finding more from this brewery! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Knightly Spirits in Orlando (Orange Blossom Trail), Florida on 30-April-2022 for US$7,49 sampled at my house here in Washington on 17-May-2022.
