Perfectly clear, very light golden coloured body that looks closer to most of the N/A beers I've had recently to any actual cider, all with a super fast-dying pure white head. Aroma of light dry apples with some subdued lemon and tart notes here along with a touch of yeast and alcohol noticeable as well, but smelling more like dried herbal and grassy notes. Ultra Light-Bodied; Strong dry and floral flavours show at first with a slight bitterness from the crisp notes, but the light sugars and very appley flavour takes hold and finishes this off nicely with a dry kick of apple and strong effervescence at the finish. Aftertaste shows more of the apples, very light sweetness and a good herbal, grassy kick at the end without any real pungent alcohol or deep notes throughout. Overall, a pretty crisp and straight-forward cider with no off-putting notes or pungency, but a dryness throughout and enjoyable, robust floral aspect. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Gull & Hammock [gifts] in Cape Charles, Virginia [Eastern Shore] on 24-February-2023 for US$3,99 sampled in my hotel here in Linthicum Heights, Maryland (BWI) on 01-April-2023 a few minutes before leaving for Hawai`i on Spring Break.
