Very nice crisp tan and light brown coloured body with a nice tan head that stays afloat nicely for a few minutes. Aroma of lactose, big creamy and vanilla notes with a light dose of spices and a heavy hand of the squash here, with a great sweetness noticeable - very nice in the nose. Medium-bodied; Rich vanilla and creamy flavours show with a lot of the squash for added richness and a lot of sweetness here from the lactose and the icing sugar elements, with some nice allspice and nutmeg flavours as well - very nice and super well-rounded. Aftertaste is rich from the squash and sugars, but the spice elements reign supreme here with a great kick, but not too pungent, with a great layering of the richness and squash here to make this very nice throughout. Overall, a great squash-based beer with a good spice flavour, excellent sweetness and an enjoyable profile throughout. Great to sample and well worth trying to find, even if you don't like squash-based beers. I sampled this sixteen ounce sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Liqour Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 26-November-2022 and sampled on the streets of New York, New York on 14-January-2023 with my wife and kids.
