Very clear golden coloured body with a thinnish pure white head that fades quickly and leaves a thin lace on the top of the beer. Aroma of mostly light malts with some biscuity elements and a dash of sugars, but a bunch of nicely aromatic hatch chiles that don't show much spice, but the scent they give off is great. Light to Medium-bodied; Crisp malt backbone shows at first with a good level of yeast and biscuity elements that end with a light hit of caster sugar and a much stronger chile flavour that comes through at the end that again, isn't spicey, but hits very nicely and provides a good dose of flavour on top of the biscuity malts. Aftertaste is almost all hatch chiles with a lot of malts that balance out nicely with a dash of yeast, bread and sugars on the end, but ths finishes with a lot of the chiles, which are very nice throughout in this one. Overall, an enjoyable beer throughout with a ton of hatch chile flavour that is at the right level, complemented with a good malt backbone and a dose of sugars, but this is enjoyable, even for those folks who don't like chiles. Great to sample, especially locally and very fresh!
