Our take on an Irish Red, this deep ruby coloured beer is all about the malts, with hints of toffee sweetness behind a rich, smooth roastiness

Handpul cask at the Tap & Brew, Swindon. Dark brownish red and clear with a thick ring of beige/khaki head. Malty aroma, a touch of chocolate. Sweet taste, cherry tomato, light sarsaparilla. Light body, little carbonation. A bit too weird to be properly good although I appreciate the complexity.
