Can from N&R News, Blackheath Royal Standard. Pineapple, sweetcorn, grapefruit & tropical fruit aromas. Taste is pineapple, grapefruit, peach, mango, more sweetcorn, touch of lime. Really nice balance of sweet & bitter fruits. Lightly hoppy. Very good indeed.

Can at home picked up from HOTM. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting white frothy head. Aroma is big Nelson Sauvin like hoptarmac, burnt hop, rubber, clutch plate. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, rounded wheat grains, milky, big NZ hop, rubber, tarmac, Nelson, some background tropicals, salted cracker. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, moderate carbonation. Pretty good.

Thin white head left a spotty beige cover on a hazy dull golden coloured body.
Dank, weed, pithy & white wine aroma.
Medium bodied, smooth with a sharp clean back.
Orange, dank, chalky & lemon tastes with sweeter hopped up bitter finish.
Excellent.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Hazy gold beer, small and short lived pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, a very mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth malts, fairly sweet. The Kiwi hops bring soft pine, hop spice, a lychee like fruitiness, ripe citrus underneath, floral fruits and things that are hard to pin down. Semi dry finish. Fascinating captain! 2 very enigmatic hops bring pretty enigmatic!

Murky orange topped with a frothy off white head that stays for the show.
Nose is big green berries, white grape, skunk, pissy Kiwi hops, dank chimes, gooseberries, pine resin.
Taste comprises big gooseberry punch, dank, skunky, pine resin, guava, stone fruit, white grape hit.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with skunky come resinous NZ fuelled hop bitterness.
Solid big and ballsy Kiwi IPA ... this won't be for everyone!
