Hot Cake Sour Ale with Boysenberry and Maple 6%abv
In collaboration with our friends at Lumberbeard Brewing, this beer was conceived out of our shared love of breakfast and boundary-pushing. Suprisingly balanced, this fruited sour is fermented in tandem with a large dosage of boysenberry fruit and a tasteful amount of maple flavor, yielding a crisp and tart magenta beverage slighly reminiscent of pancakes

Aroma is berries and maple. Taste is highly sour (8/10) with flavors of seedy berries and light maple. Creamy mouthfeel but a little thin.
