Hot Cake Sour Ale with Boysenberry and Maple 6%abv
In collaboration with our friends at Lumberbeard Brewing, this beer was conceived out of our shared love of breakfast and boundary-pushing. Suprisingly balanced, this fruited sour is fermented in tandem with a large dosage of boysenberry fruit and a tasteful amount of maple flavor, yielding a crisp and tart magenta beverage slighly reminiscent of pancakes

On tap at Lumberbeard, Spokane. Murky red with pinkish white head. Berries, red fruit, some maple, medium sourness. Low to medium carbonation.
