Sweet, bold and a little wild-this brew captures the rugged charm of Sicily's prickly pears. It's a taste of Adventure, straight from a Land that knows how to thrive.

(Very) slow gushing to medium, stable, lightly yellowish head over lightly hazy golden beer. Mineral, citrus, coriander, fake citrus. Sweet-sourish, melon-y (no doubt the cactusfigs). Coriander less obvious than in the nose. Bit lipsmacking acidity, a very light but slick body. Nose threatened a coriander bomb, but the flavour thankfully swung more towards the fruitcomponent.
