Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy amber/ruby body with an off-white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of toffee, strawberry laces and copper. Flavour of burnt sugar, toffee and raspberries. Medium body with a slick mouthfeel. Soft fizz. This grew on me the more I drank - it’s bitter and has a sweet, malty backbone.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Pretty much a clear amber beer, small and very short lived pale tan head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Slightly thin feeling malts but bringing caramel and dark toffee, neither aspect being that sweet. Light cooling pine into some fairly juicy citrus that is hemmed in by citrus peel bitterness. Tawny marmalade. Some mild Zappa exotics on the semi dry finish. Leaves a bitterish linger. Entertaining. More Zappa would have really made this something special.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 30/03/2025.
Reddish amber topped with a well presented light beige head that stays for the show.
Nose is caramel malts, biscuit, light perfume, candied orange peel, citric tinged straw.
Taste comprises
Tidy red if brought down a little for me by the overly mineral nature of it.
