Hi, I'm Sophie. In 2025, I'm hosting my third International Women's Collaborative Brewing Day at Buxton Brewery. A day to bring beer-loving women and non-binary folk together in solidarity and support. We're proud to be making the industry more inclusive to spark positive change. Tap at Grand Cru Taproom, Santarcangelo di Romagna, Italy. Pours very hazy, layered yellow, like a juice, with minimal white foam. Aroma is fruity, tropical, intensely hoppy. Body is slightly above average, with good carbonation. Taste is medium-high bitter. Final is average in intensity, a little chewy.

Can. HOTM. Super custardy custard yellow. Very slim semi lacing white foam. Big on the candied fruit jelly sweets vibe. Quite oaty and milky. Some sweet citrus peel. Touch of spice. Taste is sweet up front with a moderate pithy zesty bitterness. Feels a tad heavy maybe down to the quite low carbonation. Bitter rises on the finish.
