16 oz. can from The Bat Cave. Pours a used motor oil black color with a light brown head and poor retention. No lacing. Some roast and old dark coffee grounds aroma. Tangy dark roasted malts and old licorice flavors, a little boozy finish. I'm not getting any chocolate flavor at all. Not working for me. This tastes like a bad foreign stout. Thin, slick, watery body. Very low carbonation, almost flat. Low bitterness. Not enjoyable. Super disappointing.
