Can to lager glass.
Appearance: glistening yellow color with a two finger white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some messy lace.
Aroma: grassy to earthy hops with a clean biscuity malt base
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a semi-sweet tone; light finish of the malts
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, very low bitterness along the tongue, fairly mobile.
Overall, nicely done pilsener I would return to.

16 oz. can from The Bat Cave. Pours a crystal clear light gold color with a white head and fair retention. Spotty lacing. Pilsner malt aroma. Basic pilsner malt flavor with some subtle citrus in the finish. Sharp mouthfeel, but not as bitter as I expected for a German pilsner. Clean and crisp. Medium-light body. Medium carbonation. Low bitterness.
