We picked elderflower in Aduard and blackcurrant in Groningen, which we macerated separately on lambic. Then blended both with 1 and 3 year old lambic, saison and cider into a fresh beer.

Bottle from a friend. Deep purple with pink head. Loads of both currant and elderflower in aroma and taste with cassis being dominant. Some tannins gives almost a vinous feeling.
