Taster at the brewery. Pitch black with a small light tan head. Lots of sweet brown sugar and maple aroma. The name fits: It does taste like fried dough and maple syrup, sugar, and a little cinnamon. Then the alcohol takes over and ruins the flavors. Very sweet start with a very boozy finish. Disappointing.
