It's kinda what we do! El Dorado, Mosaic, Nelson, Sauvin, Citra, Galaxy, and Sabro Hops. Incredibly juicy and flavorful!

Draft sampler at the 2021 Rocky Water Brew Fest. Pours a super cloudy yellow color with a small white head. This is one of the most bitter beers I've ever had! Ugh! Not juicy or flavorful. This would probably kill small animals.
